The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Goods made specifically to customer specifications
personalized products (e.g., with names, texts, individual designs)
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, minus the return shipping costs, which the customer bears.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order.
The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
