Terms and Conditions

1. Scope 

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the swordofdragon.com online shop, operated by Thimo Ratz (sole proprietorship). 

Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognised unless the operator expressly agrees to their validity in writing. 

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the order process and submits the order. 

3. Products & Print-on-Demand 

The shop sells textiles, accessories, decorative items, posters and mugs using the print-on-demand process. 

Some products are customisable. Customer-specific adaptations are excluded from returns (see right of withdrawal). 

4. Prices & Shipping Costs 

All prices include statutory value-added tax. 

Shipping costs: 

Germany: €3.99 – €4.99 

Austria and Switzerland: €6.90 – €9.99 

EU: Varying by region 

Exact shipping costs are displayed during the order process. 

5. Delivery 

Shipping is carried out by DHL. 

Logistics partner: Marketprint from Germany

Delivery countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland & EU. 

For deliveries within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and EU regions, the delivery time is approx. 3 – 5 working days.

International deliveries usually take 5 – 7 working days, but this depends on the customs processing time.

6. Payment 

The following payment methods are available: 

Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (instant transfer), Klarna 

7. Retention of Title 

The goods remain the property of the shop operator until full payment. 

8. Warranty 

Statutory warranty rights apply. 

9. Liability 

The operator is only liable for damages based on gross negligence or intent. 

For slight negligence, they are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
