How do the sizes run?

We offer both standard fits and oversized models. You can find a detailed size chart directly on the respective product page to help you choose the right size.

How does a return work?

Simply contact our support to initiate a return. Once your request has been received, returns are usually processed within 2–3 business days. You will then receive further instructions via email.

What to do in case of production defects?

If an item has a production defect, please contact our support immediately. We will take care of a solution as quickly as possible.

Where are the products made?

Our products are manufactured in Turkey and then finished in Bavaria. This ensures high-quality workmanship and short delivery routes.

What are the delivery times?

The products are shipped with DHL. 

For deliveries within the DACH and EU area, the delivery time is approx. 3 – 5 working days.

International deliveries usually take 5 – 7 working days, but this depends on the processing time at customs .
